5. What's a fandom that you wish had a bigger following?
I’ve often wished that Old Film Fandom was a thing. There are a few that have a pretty steady Yuletide presence (Some Like It Hot and Singin’ in the Rain, mainly), but there are so many old movies with so much potential which just drift along, without fic, without fanart, without gifsets, unless some quirk of fate lifts them briefly out of obscurity.
For instance, there are twenty fics on AO3 for Calamity Jane, and I’m convinced that it’s because of that one viral Tumblr post a while back about the incredible f/f potential of that movie. Which is truly through the roof! But it’s a complete crapshoot whether any older movie ever gets that kind of attention.

I'm pretty sure I caused fic to be written for Ernst Lubitsch's I Don't Want to Be a Man (1918) and I feel I've really accomplished something in my life. I still can't believe there's nothing for Only Angels Have Wings (1939).
