Five Things Make a Post

1. From Wednesday to Friday I'm going to the campus retreat center, which is like a vacation except it costs no money. I'm leaving behind everything that could tie me to time and the outside world, i.e. my computer and my cell phone, and attempting to remember how to write poetry.

2. If you slam a racquetball around at sufficient velocity, it will make the racquetball court sing like a humpback whale. Truly; it's one of the oddest, eeriest, loveliest things I've heard.

3. I would sell my soul for some good spanakopita right now.

4. My camera has batteries! Prepare to be pic-spammed.
