Happy birthday! And echoing the above question, are we talking actual chocolate tea here, or tea with chocolate on the side? (Either sounds delicious.)

It's tea with chocolates on the side, although if I decide I want to go all chocolate, all the time, I have a chocolate hazelnut tea that I could use. But that might be too much chocolate all at one time.
