Avian alarm clock

I woke up this morning to a bird chirping just outside my window. It bounced from its branch and swooped away before my bleary eyes cleared enough to ascertain what kind of bird it was.

I checked my clock: seven thirty, on the dot.

I have my own personal avian alarm clock. Disney Princess powers: activate!

Cleaning rooms is probably easiest. There are just such logistical problems in bringing food, you know? You need a pretty big bird to carry an apple for any distance, let alone a loaf of bread, and do I really want crows converging on my apartment?

Either that, or it's hoping to lead me away somewhere. You never know with birds.
