osprey_archerHave you been feeling a critical lack of OT3 in your life lately? Never fear! Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, with an able assist from the schoolmarm Etta, are here to take care of all your OT3 needs.
The OT3 aspects of the movie entertained me mightily (how often are the moviemakers actually gunning for the menage a trois interpretation, after all?), and Robert Redford is awfully cute in it. (Though he’s way cuter in The Great Gatsby. He wears suits.) But unfortunately I wasn’t super into it otherwise.
Also, the scene where Sundance sneaks into his girlfriend Etta’s house and pretends to be a cold-hearted outlaw planning to rape an unsuspecting schoolmarm totally squicked me. I would have appreciated knowing it was a game at the beginning of the scene, rather than learning it at the end.
