Movies to watch with my brother

My brother and I have finished watching all the MCU movies, so I'm looking for more action-adventure movies for us to watch together. Any suggestions? I'm looking for movies that are fairly non-gory like the MCU, although they don't need to be as light-hearted; we watched Mad Max: Fury Road together, and we both really enjoyed that, although no one would call it any kind of light.

A couple of specific questions: Are the earlier Mad Max movies worth watching?

I wasn't terribly fond of the first Indiana Jones movie, but is it worth watching the second and third anyway? (I know that pretty much everyone hates the fourth.)

Which, if any, of the non-Daniel Craig James Bond films would be worth checking out?
