exuberantself is on a road trip - and she stopped to have lunch with me yesterday! We went to the local Burger Place of Deliciousness and then went to Von's, which is the local shop of distilled Awesome. It's on the edge of campus and they have everything - books, used books, a whole room full of beads and a card and postcard alcove at the back and racks of scarves and...

exuberantself got some souvenir scarves.



She's a stylin' gal.

I wanted to show her the bat in glass, which used to hang in among the butterflies in glass in the rock room, and was possibly the creepiest thing ever. But they had replaced it with tarantulas in glass, which were not nearly as creeptastic.

Sadly, we ran out of time for the delicious ice cream place, but it was super fun anyway! Clearly everyone who passes through Indiana should come visit me.
