Carol of the Bells

Sent out Christmas cards. (goldjadeocean, bogwitch64, hopefully they will arrive in a timely fashion.) Working on Yuletide treats. (How early can we upload those? Obviously uploading them today is a terrible idea. But tomorrow? Or do we need to wait till Yuletide Madness?) Found the best Christmas present ever for my roommate. (The Perilous Gard! Elizabethan times and underground caverns and Tam Lin and an off-kilter, beautiful romance.)

Also, I found this amazing video: "Carol of the Bells," as played by dominoes.

I LOVE The Perilous Gard. I still do great bows, from time to time, which I made up for myself after reading it.

And the video of the dominoes playing the Carol of the Bells is awesome.

It's one of my favorites! It was one of the first books where I actually enjoyed the romance. I love their tart conversations which slowly grow affectionate (without losing the tartness) and the way Kate smacks Christopher down whenever he wallows.
