Just a fascinating exploration of interpersonal dynamics! Aside from all the fascinating committee stuff, I particularly liked Dana's little crush that doesn't go anywhere (one of those things that happens all the time in real life, but almost never in fiction) and her reunion with a friend she hasn't seen in ages.
