30. Name three things you wish you saw more of in your main fandom (or a fandom of choice).

I’m having trouble thinking of an answer to this question! I’m not super involved with any particular fandom these days, so it seems a bit silly to say “I want more X” when I’m not very engaged with what X there is.

….I did see a request for Briarley fanfic in one exchange, although sadly no one filled it. But I live in hope that someday someone will write fic/draw art for one of my books!

And that’s the last meme question! I ought to do memes more often. It’s nice having something to post about without necessarily having to come up with the topic out of my own head.

SO MUCH THIS. But erotica readers don't necessarily seem to be into creating fanworks....

I think fanfic writers are often writing to add something that the original does not have, often banging, and if the original has LOTS of banging... Well, there you go.

Briarley has no banging, hence presumably the fanfic request? The requester had a list of tags but no written "This is what I would like!" section so who knows really.

I was planning to do it this week, now that Readercon is over. You were aiming for October, right?

Yes, October. This week is absolutely fine; I just wanted to check in because I know it's been a busy month and things sometimes fall through the cracks.
