Yes, I think that's accurate. The recent MCU TV shows have been really artistically hampered by the fact that they have to end with big fight scenes. Wandavision and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier were both at their best when exploring other themes (trauma, racism, etc), and most of their flaws grew out of the insistence that they adhere to that formula.
