Andrew's whole "call me Andrew" thing has restored Russell's faith that maybe Andrew doesn't hate him, after all, although he's still affronted by the refusal to share a bed. Is this going to extend to other pieces of furniture? Andrew didn't seem to mind about the kitchen table...
