Your Disney rewatch is making me realize that I watched more Disney films as a child than I thought I had? I didn't really watch the princess movies growing up, although I had a lot of exposure to Disney's repertoire through picture books and those sing-along video tapes that had the musical numbers from different movies spliced together. (Not to mention living a less than 20 minute drive from the Florida parks for most of my early childhood!) I'm only now realizing that I did actually watch Disney movies, they just skewed towards the ones with anthropomorphic animals (Robin Hood, The Aristocats, The Rescuers, The Great Mouse Detective) rather than princesses.
