I realize this may speak as much to my own low expectations as much as anything else, but it really blew my tiny mind when the show started giving Chloe character development. The mean girl never gets character development! Maybe you get Regina George getting hit by a bus and getting a personality transplant, but not loads of episodes where the mean girl's development toward becoming maybe a slightly better person is either the main plot of the episode or an important subplot.
I'm also really interested in watching Marinette's relationship with Chloe change as a result of these baby steps.
