She-Ra through Episode 9

Is anyone else watching the new She-Ra? If anyone else has been thinking about watching the new She-Ra but hasn't quite taken the plunge yet, I would like to offer these inducements:
1. You have probably heard that it is extremely gay but please believe me when I say that it is EVEN GAYER than you have been told
(Catra wears a tuxedo in episode 9, I am just saying. In fact the entire episode may have been constructed for the sole purpose of putting Catra in a tux)
2. I have never seen "BEST FRIENDS TURNED BITTER ENEMIES WHEN THEY END UP ON OPPOSITE SIDES OF A WAR BUT DEEP DOWN THEY STILL REALLY CARE ABOUT EACH OTHER JUST MAYBE IN A I HATE YOU SO MUCH THAT ONLY I AM ALLOWED TO KILL YOU KIND OF WAY" done with girls before and I am FEELING IT.
3. Episode 8 is 100% about Adora grappling with Shadow Weaver, her commanding officer/mother figure in the Horde who is doing her magical manipulative best to drag Adora back in, and the episode goes HARD in the best possible way.
And I can't BELIEVE we stopped at episode 9, because it ends on the WORST cliffhanger, okay, so what happens is:
Adora and her new friend Glimmer get invited to Princess Prom.
Catra infiltrates Princess Prom, hence the incredibly sharp tux. Adora attempts to get her thrown out, but Catra has found a way to manipulate Princess Prom's neutrality to make this impossible, so instead Adora spends the entire evening following her around, which I'm sure is balm to Catra's furious abandoned soul AND ALSO a boon to her plan -
Because she foresaw that Adora would spend the entire evening following her, and thus arranged for other people to take care of the wicked scheme while she did nothing but act as a distraction.
Which inevitably (INEVITABLY) leads to Catra and Adora dancing together in the big Princess Prom dance, because OF COURSE IT DOES.
Catra has these tiny little fangs that show when she smiles and I'm super into it.
And then Catra's plan snaps into place, like the closing of a trap! And she and Adora grapple on the roof! AND CATRA NEARLY FALLS OFF AND ADORA GRABS HER AROUND THE WAIST AND PULLS HER BACK UP AND I'M PRETTY SURE THAT'S A RIDICULOUS WAY TO SAVE SOMEONE WHO IS FALLING OFF THE ROOF BUT I DON'T CARE, IT FORCES THEM TO LOOK INTO EACH OTHER'S EYES FOR LIKE THREE ENDLESS SECONDS.
And then Catra jumps off the roof! And lands on the flying craft she brought to the Princess Prom! In which Adora's new friends Glimmer and Bow are tied up!
And Catra flies off with them!!!!
AND THAT'S WHERE THE EPISODE ENDS, BE STILL MY BEATING HEART.
