I found Jessica too mean - especially in the way she treats her friend (Brendan I think his name was?), pushing his instrument off the windowsill and breaking it. I'm not sure why that particular act bothered me so much more than everything else she did, but it's the one that sticks with me years later as particularly unforgivable - not quite Dean-Priest-telling-Emily-her-book-sucks terrible, but in the same realm of lashing out against someone's art in vengeance because they pay too much attention to it.
