2 – Name the fandoms you've written in, and how much you've written in that fandom, and if you still write in it.

Putting this behind a cut because there are a bunch of them. I’m just going to do this in order from least to greatest in number of works on AO3, I think. And also I might as well answer the last question on a blanket basis here: the only fandom I’m actively writing in right now is the MCU/Captain America. I might write in some of the book or movie fandoms again someday, because canon review would be pretty simple and people request these things for Yuletide, but I rarely rewatch TV shows and am therefore unlikely to write fic in any of those canons.

1. Captain America/Marvel Cinematic Universe (they’re all tagged with works), 27 stories and 137,327 words, all in the same series, “Reciprocity,” which I’m finally beginning to wrap up. By which I mean I have about four more stories left to write. You know how it goes.

2. Eagle of the Ninth, 8 stories and 25,594 words.

3. Torchwood, 8 stories and 23,983 words.

4. Frontier Wolf, 6 stories and 8318 words. There’s a trio of really short fics about The Perils of Cross-Cultural Soulbonding; hence the low word count.

5. Downton Abbey, 5 stories and 11567 words.

6. The Obernewtyn Chronicles, 4 stories and 5,815 words. Given the amount of time I spent obsessed with this series in high school, I’m surprised the word count is so low, but of course I wasn’t really writing fanfic yet in high school.

7. Les Miserables (mostly movie based, but I’d read the book by the time I wrote the last two), 4 stories and 15,154 words.

8. American Girl Dolls, 3 stories and 24,531 words. Because I had quite a lot to say about my feelings about Felicity, apparently.

9. Vikings, 3 stories and 5,151 words.

10. Pushing Daisies, 3 stories and 9,630 words, although two of those stories were crossovers and therefore maybe don’t quite count. I never could get straight up Pushing Daisies fic to work, which is too bad, because I loved that show so much.

11. Psych, 3 stories and 5,941 words.

12. Protector of the Small/Tortall, 3 stories and 6,472 words. I occasionally think about writing a fic in one of the other Tortall series, as they were all pretty formative for me, but I haven’t gotten around to it yet.

13. The Silver Branch, 3 stories and 4,671 words.

14. Hetalia, 3 stories and 4,316 words

15. Wonderfalls, 3 stories and 16,375 words.

16. The Eagle (movieverse as opposed to bookverse), 2 stories and 3,051 words

17. Fairy Tales and Related Fandoms, 2 stories and 2,696 words.

18. The Lost Prince, 2 stories and 15,963 words. I serialized a chaptered fic in this fandom, which was gloriously well-received; it was a wonderful month. Obviously this doesn’t work for everyone, but I love to post long ongoing fics as I write them - there’s nothing as motivating as a few devoted readers - and I find that as long as I have a fairly clear endpoint it works all right.

19. Code Name Verity, 2 stories and 3,683 words.

20. The Lizzie Bennet Diaries, 2 stories and 2,130 words.

21. Blood Feud, 2 stories and 2,909 words. It occurs to me that perhaps I should have just done a broader Sutcliff category. Oh well.

22. Ella Enchanted, 2 stories and 3,357 words. One of these is a quite lovely fic I wrote for an exchange; the other is a quite horrible fic I wrote for an exchange. I think perhaps I used up all my Ella Enchanted inspiration in the first exchange, alas.

23. The Borgias, 2 stories and 9,606 words. Another fandom, like Pushing Daisies, where I never quite got the fics right.

24. Glee, 1 story, 1,260 words.

25. Villette, 1 story, 1,668 words.

26. Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, 1 story, 401 words. I always kind of wanted to do a longer version of this Tibby/Lena story.

27. MacDonald Hall, 1 story, 2,381 words

28. Van Gogh/Gauguin RPF, 1 story, 1,985 words.

29. Julius Caesar/Nicomedes of Bithynia, 1 story, 1,659 words.

30. Breakfast at Tiffany’s, 1 story, 1,454 words.

31. Crown Duel, 1 story, 1,128 words.

32. White Christmas, 1 story, 1,390 words.

33. Om Shanti Om, 1 story, 1,065 words.

34. Bend It Like Beckham, 1 story, 2,872 words.

35. All Creatures Great and Small, 1 story, 415 words.

36. Cairo Time, 1 story, 1,465 words.

37. Garrow’s Law, 1 story, 1,794 words.

38. Shadow Unit, 1 story, 1,645 words.

39. Princess Tutu, 1 story, 3,782 words.

40. And Both Were Young, 1 story, 1,079 words.

41. Brave, 1 story, 1,129 words.

42. Black Swan, 1 story, 3,477 words.

43. 101 Dalmatians, 1 story, 2,449 words.

44. The Queen’s Thief series, 1 story, 1,796 words.

45. Kamikaze Girls, 1 story, 1,202 words.

46. Frances Ha, 1 story, 1,737 words.

47. Community, 1 story, 1,083 words.

48. Raffles, 1 story, 1,706 words.

There are a few questions later on that ask about the fandoms from day 2. Given that there are so many of them, I may just do the fandoms where I have two or more stories. Or maybe the fandoms where I have something interesting to say? Doing all of them seems a little exhausting.
