I am a winner!

Way back in the fall I entered a raffle for some theater tickets. But time passed and they didn't get back to me, and I forgot about it and figured someone else won them.

But no! This week, they contacted me to let me know that I won two tickets to Guys and Dolls! I AM EXCITED. I've never seen Guys and Dolls, so I hope it will be a lot of fun!

It's a pretty ridiculous story but kind of charming too. (My secret wish is that Channing Tatum and Charlize Theron do a movie adaptation together someday.)

A lot of musicals are surprisingly ridiculous. I saw Mamma Mia! in theaters over Christmas, and it's totally charming but kind of bizarre.
