I guess I didn't think my AO3 readers would be much edified by a "So my historical research is bunk" note? IDK. Do you think I should add the note?

Ha, well, I'd like it in my epub copy, but I can add it manually pretty easily. I tend to feel people can skip notes they don't want, but I gather some people find the mere presence of notes offputting, so ymmv.

I've added a (revised and less digression-filled) historical note to the AO3 version. I figure anyone who doesn't want it will ignore it - Felicity fandom is far too small for people to get mad at me.
