Oh, gosh, it's been so long since I've seen that movie! I don't have headcanon about Judy individually so much as about how the foursome interacts.

In my headcanon, Bob and Phil are kind of in love with each other, although they never admit it out loud - Bob never even verbalizes it to himself.

I'm on the fence about whether Phil falls for Judy in the end, but I like the idea because you know they would get up to adorable hijinks as a married couple. Also, I can see Phil being able to balance being in love with two people at the same time.

Especially given that Judy thinks his relationship with Bob is adorable (Judy is clearly a proto-slasher) and occasionally contrives to put them in compromising positions.

A wonderful fic could be told about this. Phil might attempt to lecture her at the end, but find himself unable to do it because a) Judy is so cute, b) Phil just doesn't have a lecturing personality, and c) she just put him in a compromising position with Bob! How could he possibly be mad about that?

LOL! That is what my parents are arguing about. My dad insisted that Bob & Betty AND Phil & Judy get married at the end of the movie.

My mom was like, 'No.' XD

And I had to remind Dad that there were NO weddings in the movie, and he got all defensive, saying that they were going to commit! And Phil was agreeing with that idea, and not just macking on the convenient hot chick.

Anyway. It was hilarious.

Oh, Thom. Thom totally needs a hug, if only he wouldn't turn anyone who hugged him into a newt.

Let's see. I haven't actually given that much thought to Thom headcanon - aside from the idea that he resurrected Roger because Roger laid a compulsion on him to do so. How he managed this without Thom the incredibly paranoid noticing is anyone's guess.

Also, random headcanon of randomness: Thom and Alanna get their red hair from a Scanran ancestor, possibly a woman warrior. Their fief is right by the border, after all...

I like this head-canon.

I've also thought it might have been a Hill Country ancestor. I'd have to go back through my notes, but I think their mother was from the Hill Country, and there might have been other ancestors....

I think Alanna's mother was Hill Country. I would have to look it up, but it sounds right. It adds a new dimension to Ralon (and possibly other pages?) mocking Alanna because her family isn't as old/good as theirs.

And Malven is right on the border of the Hill Country (references here (http://carmarthen.dreamwidth.org/12784.html). I could definitely see Ralon having extra issues because of that (and I bet he hates working with Delia and Alex, too).

In Woman Who Rides Like a Man Alanna runs into some raiders from the Hill Country. If hill raiders raid Malven, Ralon probably has all kinds of issues about working with Alex and Delia.
