October Writing and November Plans

I released The Larks Still Bravely Singing early in October, and it's doing pretty well: I’m creeping up on $1000 of royalties for the month. My first four figure month! Potentially! So close and yet so far... It’s going to be right down to the wire. So if you’ve been thinking about getting it (or any of my other books, I’m not picky) and you haven’t yet, now’s the time!

Writing has also gone pretty well. I am at long last having relatively smooth sailing on Sleeping Beauty, and my hope is to have a rough draft complete by the end of the year. It would be nice if the draft was in good enough shape to send to a beta reader, but if there is a complete draft I will call it a win no matter what shape it’s in. I’ve been thinking about posting some excerpts but we shall see.
