Sleeping Beauty, Chapter 2

I have been writing this book more or less in order, which seems unnatural frankly?, but I suppose every book is its own journey, and in any case so much of this book is built on Russell learning things about the 20th century that it’s much easier to write more or less in order rather than constantly ctrl+fing to figure out if Russell knows about World War II yet at this point.
