AO3

You guys it is so BRIGHT and SUNNY outside (and also cold, but you can't tell that from in here) and I want to be OUTSIDE and instead I have to WORK. OH THE WOES OF MY EXISTENCE.

(The last few days before a vacation are always the hardest.)

Also, is it just me, or has AO3 been more active lately? I've been getting a lot more kudos notifications since about January, and not just on one story, so it seems like a general uptick.

I've been thinking about archiving all my fics over there - or at least, such fics as I still like; some of them I will allow to sink to a merciful death - but it would be nice to have all my good fics in one place.

I feel a little weird reposting stories, but I think that's just me... think of the readers, Jin. The fans deserve to read my delightful Hetalia and Wonderfalls and Torchwood effusions!

Also, do you think the Yuletide stories on the old archive will ever be moved over to AO3, or should I just go ahead and move mine on my own?

Hee! Hope you made it outside for some of your sunshine.

I was thinking of something similiar for AO3: of posting a few stories that I still like over there, and allowing the others to politely remain in obscurity at ff.net. I like AO3 a lot, after using it for this year's Yuletide, and I'm settling in slowly to stay. :D

I really can't say what will happen with the old yuletidetreasure.org stories. Your guess is as good as mine. I'm leaving my one story there alone, mostly because I don't like it anymore. ;) You could always try emailing the AO3 staff to get the official story!

Glad I'm not the only one considering shifting some stories over there! I do like AO3 a lot: the formatting is so clean and attractive, much more so than ff.net.

And yes, I did make it outside for the sunshine! But it's sunny again today, and again I have work. IT'S LIKE THE WEATHER WANTS TO TANTALIZE ME.
