I'm not surprised you don't know Dostana, but you should totally watch it. It's a Bollywood movie about two guys who pretend to be gay in order to rent an apartment, only to learn that there's a brilliant, beautiful girl already living there, with whom they inevitably fall in love, which naturally leads to the two guys kissing in front of a concert hall full of people.
And Yuletide is only the most awesome rare fandom fic exchange EVER. The FAQ is here (http://www.yuletidetreasure.org/faq.shtml), but basically people sign up to receive a fic - they can make four requests, and will be assigned to someone who has offered to write one of those fandoms - and in return, write a fic for someone else.
It's basically amazing. People have been gearing up for it since September.
