I am visiting my Aunt Elizabeth. She gave me a present!



It's the kind of present that you give back at the end of the visit. (Or, indeed, as soon as the photo has been emailed to one's beloved parents, accompanied by a caption informing them that "Aunt Elizabeth has a PUPPY and can we KEEP him?????" They never would get me a dog when I was a child.)

He looks so HAPPY in this picture! (Or possibly like he is about to eat something. But I suppose to a dog those mean the same thing.)

Last year, the librarian needed to see some photo ID to give me a library card. She asked if I was old enough to have a drivers' license.
