I'm so glad that you read and reported on the Worrals books, because simply based on my secondhand knowledge of the Biggles books I would have assumed that Johns Does Some Books About Girls would be a disaster, but in fact they're delightful? I love them. In my mind Worrals and Frecks are already meeting up with some of Elizabeth Wein's World War II girl pilots.
I really feel that I owe it to myself to read some Biggles books! Biggles Learns to Fly surely counts as World War I research, am I right?

Perhaps eventually some kind soul will upload more of the appropriate Biggles books to Faded Page, or I will track them down elsenet... Actually I think rachelmanija posted a link to MANY Biggles books on her post, so really I just need to figure out the best/most convenient way to access them.
