IIRC Angus's prophecy doesn't actually SAY one of them will die, but nonetheless the book does give the strong sense that one of them will and that death is Fated. Likewise, although Angus doesn't actually SAY that all the meetings will be EXTREMELY DRAMATIC, it is absolutely unsurprising when they are, because how could they possible be otherwise? No one gives prophecies about "you're gonna meet this guy five times... and each time will be totally boring." Why would the fates even bother?
