You've got until February for the book recommendation. I'm planning to do one challenge per month, going straight down the list.
I've done these Modern Mrs. Darcy challenges for the past two years and the fact that they are so manageable is one of the reasons I like them. A book a month for the challenge leaves plenty of time to read other things, while still giving some sense of purpose and direction to my reading.
