I don't know if I could actually choose a favorite Tey book -- they're all so irreducibly Tey. (I could name a least favorite without too much trouble). But Miss Pym is a good candidate, for the setting, and how it manages to be unsettling one way or the other, whether you follow Miss P.'s reasoning or not.
