Yes! Get some of the Ladybug Girl books if you get a chance! They are super sweet. I also really liked the Fancy Nancy books, rather to my surprise. Teach me to judge a book by the amount of pink on its cover.

I actually loved the Berenstain Bears books as a child (I was a sucker for anything bear-related), but I haven't reread them since, so it's entirely possible that they're awful.
