SKYE IS MY SPIRIT TWIN
SKYE AND I HAVE THE SAME BIRTHDAY. THE SAME EXACT FRICKIN BIRTHDAY, WE ARE TWINS IN SPIRIT, CLEARLY I WILL BE DEVELOPING MAGIC POWERS MOMENTARILY.
Hopefully not earthquake powers because that would be way inconvenient. Maybe flying? I would really like some wings. Preferably wings that only pop out when I need them and fold neatly back into my shoulderblades when I don't because otherwise they would be way inconvenient too. Or just flying without wings! I'm not picky!
Plus I have always wanted a twin! AND NOW SKYE CAN BE MY TWIN. I AM SURE SKYE IS AS HAPPY ABOUT THIS AS I AM. We can come up with a secret twin language and stuff, it will be amazing. Possibly telepathy????
Sorry, I realize I am being ridiculous and there were actual plot developments. Do we think Coulson actually has a super-secret globe-spanning plot that even May didn't know about? Or did someone from the other SHIELD (perhaps Gonzalez, who is conspicuously Sir Not Appearing In This Episode?) make it all up and pin it on Coulson to bring everyone else over to the other SHIELD? Or is it option number three?
I have no idea what option number three would be, but I'm kind of hoping it's option number three. I feel like Coulson having an operation so secret even the viewers haven't heard of it is cheating, narratively speaking, and making it a secret plot turns the other SHIELD from shady into actually evil which is I think the most boring thing that the show could do with them. Clearly all the SHIELD agents should put aside their differences to work together!

I still think that having one of their viewpoint characters have a big secret that they haven't even hinted at is cheap - kind of like writing a murder mystery and withholding the crucial clue the audience would need to solve it.
