Strawberries & tea

This weekend, the farmer's market absolutely EXPLODED with strawberries. I bought a quart and will probably have eaten them all by Tuesday, because they are beautiful.

Not least because I am having a tea party today! I also bought a bouquet at the farmer's market, to beautify the tea party and also my apartment for the rest of the week. I have always had a sentimental yearning for flowers in the house, like Anne Shirley putting vases and vases of flowers all around Green Gables.

I like flowers in the house too, and I love your little bouquet, and I like your green runner on the table, and how the strawberries look on the plate on it. I think a tea party at your place must be a lovely thing indeed.

It was a splendid tea party! Emma said visiting my house was like a trip to a country cottage in France, which was pretty awesome.

My thoughts exactly! :) Such a lovely tea party and I'm so glad you enjoyed yourself! <3 I LOVE strawberries! Raspberries are my absolute favorite fruit, followed by strawberries and kiwis...yum! :D

Raspberries & strawberries & kiwi sounds like a delicious fruit salad!
