Lydia started to giggle again. “Aw, no,” she said. “Don’t worry about it, you cheer me up just by being your own gothtastic vampire self.”
“Well...thanks,” said Mary, and felt a small smile tugging at her mouth.
AW, this is so sweet! It feels very much like them. I was sorry they didn't bring Mary back-- so glad you wrote this! And you cheered up Lydia too. <3
