Apple Cider Float

I had a hot spiced apple cider float today! (As a side note, in Australia an ice cream float is called a spider. Thus, it could have been an apple cider spider.) The difficulty inherent to this concoction may be immediately obvious to all of you, but I have a cold and am therefore thinking more or less like this:

"Apple cider good."

Pause.

"Ice cream good."

Longer pause.

"Apple cider + ice cream = better!"

So I bought an apple cider float, laden with whipped cream and caramel drizzle, and repaired to my table with a spoon and a contentedly dim smile. Oh rapture! Oh bliss! Oh whipped cream and - wait, where was the ice cream? Had they forgotten to put it in? Were the ice cream fairies punishing me???

Even with all the ice cream melted, it still tasted delicious. It's hard to go wrong with hot spiced apple cider.

SHE SO DID. Even before the fridging her storyline frustrated me so much because ugh, writers, way to write a character that fandom won't warm to.

ALSO ALSO. In the next episode the Rev is all "I will tell you your secret destiny, Duke!" and I was like, "The Rev is totally going to die before that can happen, haha, like they would kill such an important recurring character."

And then they did! They totally did! I am torn between admiring their guts and thinking now they're just messing with us. I mean really, at some point they have to explain something, right?

The whole season 2 was yukky, in general, and it looks like s3 is continuing with that.

S1 was about AUDREY. S2 was about Nathan & Duke's Daddy Issues. It looks like S3 is going to be about Nathan's Duke Issues.

BAH.

DISAPPROVAL.

On the other hand, does this mean that we do actually find out who Audrey is in season 2? Because at least then there would be some closure.

On the other hand, if they just drop that whole storyline in favor of Nathan & Duke, without solving the mystery, I'm going to be even madder.

Noooot really, no. Her storyline takes a backseat and kind of becomes a footnote/tie-in to Duke & Nathan.
